It all started in 1994. With a heart full of dreams and a desire to leave a mark on the world of construction, I founded **Imperarco Ltda.* in Colombia. It was my first step on this path, a company specializing in waterproofing buildings. I knew it wouldn't be easy, but I was determined to transform a technical idea into something bigger, something that would make a difference.

Four years later, the desire to expand my horizons led me to found **Codecon S.A.*, a company dedicated to comprehensive building maintenance and remodeling, focused on the public and institutional sector. In each project, in each building, I saw more than a structure: I saw the opportunity to improve lives and create a lasting impact.

2002 was a crucial year. I knew that in order to move forward I needed to adapt and grow. That was when I decided to transform Codecon S.A. into **COD S.A.* and expanded services to include the construction of school and oil infrastructure. It wasn't just a name change, it was an evolution. I wanted to take my company to new levels, to new challenges, and to show that there are no limits when the vision is clear.

In 2008, I took a new step by creating **VIP Construction*, focused on building mid-range housing in Colombia. For me, it wasn't just about building houses, it was about building dreams, about offering homes where families could grow and prosper. I knew I was touching lives with each project.

2014 was a life-changing year for me. I decided to bring my experience to the American market and founded **Lemoy Construction LLC* in Florida. At first, it was a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company, but we soon specialized in home construction. We built and sold over 320 homes in Central Florida and the West Coast. Each home sold was a personal achievement, each family we helped establish a reminder that dreams have no boundaries.

2018 was a milestone in my career. **Lemoy Construction* obtained its General Contractor license under the *DBPR*, allowing us to continue expanding into the US construction market. Every step in this process was a testament to my determination and vision to create something lasting.

With the entrepreneurial spirit always beating within me, in 2020 I obtained my **realtor license. That same year I founded **Silver Forest, a company specialized in the construction of concrete and wood structures. Also in 2020, **Coral Blue Homes* was born, a company that allowed me to fully enter real estate development, creating residential projects from scratch. For me, this was the natural next step: not just building, but creating communities, developing futures and transforming urban landscapes.

Not content to stop there, in 2021 I launched **L&L Metals Work*, a company dedicated to the manufacturing of metal structures. I have always believed that every project is an opportunity to learn, grow, and create something that makes a difference. And that is what I did with L&L.

Finally, in 2022, I obtained my **Real Estate Broker License*, which allowed me to fully enter the real estate market and connect people with their dreams. Now I not only build, but I also help others find their home, their refuge, their place in the world.

In my tireless pursuit of new opportunities, I founded **Prestige Kapital* in 2023, a company that takes the vision of real estate investment to another level. With *Prestige Kapital, we focus on the **strategic acquisition of land* for future developments. But it's not just about acquiring land: our goal is to offer investors projects with *already approved building permits, ready to enter the construction phase.
